The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new up and coming company in the Burnham Buckinghamshire area. We specialise on UK and International Property sales and are looking for individuals who have a 'can do' attitude, eager to succeed and have a brilliant work ethic to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in progressing and closing investor sales, preferably within the finance, investment or property industry.
However, more important than industry experience is your ability to create strong client relationships, a drive to succeed and a solid sales background
Who are we looking for?
The suitable candidate will be energetic, a proven sales professional with excellent client skills over the telephone, who works well in a target driven environment and must be able to demonstrate industry knowledge.
You will be a proactive self-starter with a sharp business brain and possess an assertive, persuasive style. Key to everything is your ability to listen, engage and close deals with clients, while maintaining excellent rapport.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales through generating leads and emails
- Capable to converse with potential investors about their current portfolio and future investment aspirations
- The ability to work efficiently on your own as well as part of a productive team.
- Punctuality and professional approach is crucial.
- Initiate, build and maintain relationships over the telephone.
- Developing an understanding of client's immediate and longer term needs.
- Proposing tailored, cost effective solutions that deliver the right results.
- Attending daily, weekly and monthly meetings as required.
- Maintaining flexibility in order to achieve targets set out
- Able to make 200+ dials per day

The Reward
The more you put in the more you will earn
you can earn as little is nothing or the sky is the limit. If you cannot sell 1 property and earn a commission up to £2,000 then you are not who we are looking for. We are looking for people that can close multiple deals a month and earn some serious money.
