How long does the renting process take

Applications may take one to two days to process and it does not take more than three to five days for credit checks, referencing and the paperwork. Letting agencies may hint 5 to 7 days as referencing can take longer. The initial deposit taken by the landlord can be almost like two-week rent and if your reference processes as unsuitable, the fee is returned but you may have to pay the administration fee to cover the cost.
