Holmston House Care Home

Primesite Developments have managed to secure the purchase of Holmston House, Ayr, South Ayrshire. This building and its grounds were first built in 1856 and now benefit from listed status. This is the first time this building has come up for purchase since its construction. Primesite are excited to share it plans to develop this once hospital building into residential dwellings. Primesite also intends to use the vast space within the grounds to build a 66 bedroom care home for one of the UK’s leading care providers.
